If, for any reason, you are not pleased with your purchase, we will ensure your complete satisfaction. We offer a 7-day money back guarantee on our unlimited data plans and promotional devices, as well as a 30-day in-store warranty for any device bought at regular price from our store.
We are ready to assist you with returns or exchanges for orders that were purchased from Town Broadband or campaigns on Kickstarter and Indiegogo – just present a copy of your receipt. If you bought your item from a different store, please return it to the original store for a refund or exchange, observing their own return/exchange policy.
Town Broadband will give a refund for the cost paid of the product or service, excluding any shipping charges and any transaction charge which has been deducted on Kickstarter/Indiegogo, etc. The cost of the SIM card is not refundable. All returned products should be in new condition and should include their original packaging and accessories intact.
Refund or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to request a refund or exchange for a product or service purchased from Town Broadband in accordance with this Return Policy:
- To start a return, open a support ticket from your account dashboard. You will need to send a picture of the item and duplicate receipt before we can send you the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and the return address. A RMA is valid for 14 days after issuance.
- Pack the product and accessories (where applicable) in its original packaging and mail it in a strong box to guarantee the item will be returned without harm. Please ensure to include the RMA number in the package. The product(s) you are returning is your responsibility until it is received by us. We recommend you note the tracking number for your records.
- When the Product is received and checked, you will get a notification email with the details of your refund.
Limitations on Returns
Town Broadband will not refund original shipping charges or SIM card cost, unless the exchange or return is due to an error by Town Broadband. Your refund will equal your order total, minus the transaction fee and the shipping charges.
- A $25 reversal fee will be charged to all failed
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Town Broadband will just make exchanges for the same item(s) initially bought but will not exchange your order for different items.
Expiration of Returns/Exchanges
After our store return/exchange 30-day period has passed (for devices bought a regular price), your products will be covered by the manufacturer’s limited warranty if applicable. Please refer to your product manual for more information.
