I’ve been using Town Broadband for a few months now, and I’m really happy with it. The internet is fast and I have had any trouble with it so far. The service is pretty good too, whenever I’ve had questions or problems, they helped me out quick. The price is okay for what you get, and I haven’t had any issues with the connection. I would recommend them to anyone who needs reliable internet in rural areas.

We live out in the country, it’s like 3 miles from town and I didn’t realize when we moved that there was NO INTERNET available there. And no cable tv. Even satellite was not available because we live on the side of a hill that blocks the southern sky. So we had a different hotspot but it was limited in data and additional data was so expensive ($10 for 5gb). And I have kids who like to play video games and stream shows, and sometimes eve do homework. A video game update would cost me more in data than the game itself, and I felt so bad constantly saying no. We are excited I found town broadband with unlimited data plans.

ONLY complaint I have is delay in doing activation. Customer service is on point, speed is great. Got this for my boat. It’s better than my home WiFi. Like I said,

Activation process can be a bit faster if not automatic. Should just be plug and play but it’s not. Gave 4 stars just because of that. Definitely recommend this. It was hard doing research on hot spot plans with no throttle which is why I went with this company. Not many out there that give you truly unlimited. Must have for SURE.

We needed a good option to use for telework and home learning, and Town Broadband was the best option we have taken. I will refer everyone I know. WIFI Internet has really helped our business. You won’t regret it.

This has been the best internet I have found for my house. I’ve had every satellite internet and that has been absolute crap, tried tmobile internet was okay but not great, then I was exclusively using my at&t hotspot it was better than those but I would run out of data so I searched all around for hotspot plans and found this unlimited plan for such a great deal! I’ve had no problems setting it up shipping was extremely fast and I didn’t need a new modem my existing at&t one worked with TBB I’ll be upgrading my modem eventually but it’s not necessary as I’m getting speeds of 100 mbps. This goes to show just because you choose quiet rural acres doesn’t mean you have to settle for satellite make the switch now you won’t regret it!
